Under the patronage of Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Professor Zaid Baqain, the Student Union in the faculty organized a free medical campaign that targeted different segments of the society. The campaign, in which (45) student participated, aimed at raising the awareness about the importance of dental care.

The representative of the Student Union, Amer Abu Eid said that the campaign highlighted the contributions of the Faculty of Dentistry to community service. Additionally, the dentists gained the medical and scientific experience needed to prepare them academically and professionally for clinical diagnosis. In the campaign, which was supervised by Doctor Abd Al-Rahman Shukaidif and Doctor Yaser Al-Barood, dentists gave free medical  consultations and dental checkups for (270) citizens.

It is worth mentioning that the campaign was held in Sweileh and was sponsored by Greater Amman Municipality and Asnan for Dental Supply. The two sponsors contributed to the success of the campaign by providing it with the necessary medical equipment.
