Senate President  Abdul Rauf  Rawabdeh on Monday delivered a valuable lecture at Prince Al Hussien Bin Abdullah II School of International Studies on Jordan’s role in the Palestine issue.

Rawabdeh spoke about the long common history between Palestine and Jordan.

Jordan is the closest Arab country to Palestine in terms of history, geography, demography, interests, Language and religion, Rawabdeh said at the lecture.

Rawabdeh also introduced his perceptions on the current and future relations between the two states.

The lecture was moderated by Prof. Ameen Al Mashaqbeh and took place in the presence of UJ President Prof. Ekhleif Tawarneh and Dean of Prince Al Hussien Bin Abdullah II School Prof. Faisal Al-Roufh.
