The rights of people with special needs must be maintained and respected as confirmed by the Sharia (Islamic law), Dr. Zaghloul Elnaggar said in a seminar at UJ on Tuesday.

The  seminar, entitled "Together towards the summit", aims to highlight the role of people with special needs in the community.

The seminar, which was organized by the Islamic Cultural Center, addressed the people with disabilities  from an Islamic perspective.

The seminar was attended by Vice President, Prof. Musa Al Lozi, Dean of Students Affairs, and students.

It noteworthy that Elnaggar is a Professor of Earth Science (Geology) and has many publications in the field of scientific notions in the Qur'an & Sunnah.
