The 8^th Annual Conference of the Faculty of Dentistry will Kick off on campus this Wednesday, May 27, under the theme “Dental Education in the Arab World: A look at the Future”.

The conference is organized in collaboration with the Scientific Research Support Fund (SRSF), and the Association of Arab Universities  (AArU).

The two-day conference will include discussions and open style sessions on methods and strategies related to quality improvement of dental education, as well as explore the applicability and integration of the new methods and concepts on dental education to our existing curriculum.

Participants at the conference includes representatives of all of the Jordanain Dental Association, Jordanian Medical Council, Jordanian Royal Medical Services, Ministry of Health, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Society of Arab Faculties of Dentistry, Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Arab Board Of Health Specializations, Association for Dental Education in Europe, American Dental Education Association, and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Multiple courses on development of dental education tools, pediatric dentistry, endodontic treatment, and others will be held on the sidelines of the Conference, in addition to a large exhibition dedicated to Dental products and equipments. The  exhibition will bring together national and international dental manufacturers and dealers.
