The University of Jordan (UJ) President Prof. Azmi Mahafzah received in his office on Thursday, August 10, the Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Republic of Kosovo, Ambassador Beqir Ismaili.
The two sides discussed aspects of joint academic cooperation.
In this respect, they examined the possibility of establishing joint academic and training programs for junior diplomats.
The prospect of establishing an Arabic language program for non-Arabic speakers tailored for foreign-service officers was also brought up during the meeting.
Ismaili also discussed with the Director of the Center for Strategic Studies (CSS), Prof. Musa Shteiwi, aspects of academic cooperation including the exchange of scholars, and holding joint studies and events.
