UJ Achieves ISO 9001: 2015

The University of Jordan (UJ) have successfully been recommended for the ISO 9001: 2015 certification in quality management for its commitment to the international standards set for higher education institutions.
 
After recent auditing, the UJ Quality Management System (QMS) was recommended for approval by Lloyd's Register (LR).
 
The certification demonstrates that UJ's quality management system (QMS) follows a robust and globally recognized approach.
 
UJ has been keen to adopt and implement the best practices and standards for its integrated performance management system.
 
In a meeting with the company's representatives, UJ President Prof. Azmi Mahafzah thanked the company for its efforts after he was given a summary of the final report and recommendation to award UJ the certification.
 
Mahafzah also pointed out that obtaining this certificate will provide assurance to students and learners that UJ is implementing the best practice in quality management.
