The University of Jordan (UJ) president, Prof. Nathir Obeidat, on Monday made an inspection tour to the schools of Arts, Foreign Languages, Business, and Educational Sciences.
With students returning to on-campus educatio, the aim of the visit was to identify the needs of the students and members of the academic and administrative staff.
During the tour, accompanied by Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Prof. Salameh Naimat, and Vice President for Scientific Schools Prof. Innam Khalaf, Obeidat was briefed on measures taken to apply health protocols and adhering to public safety procedures.
The UJ officials were also updated on technical aspects executed in order to implement the national plan on integrating e-learning with face-to-face education.
Obeidat urged students to adhere to campus safety procedures and comply with health regulations, stressing that UJ is keen to provide all means of care to them, as well as support to overcome obstacles they might face during their studies.
