The University of Jordan (UJ) President Prof. Nathir Obeidat has greeted staff and students at the University on the occasion of the Prophet’s (PBUH) birthday.

Prophet’s birthday falls on the 12th of the Rabi Al Awal, which is the third month of the Hijri year. This year 12th of Rabi Al Awal 1444, corresponds to Oct.8. 2022.

On behalf of UJ's family, Obeidat offered to His Majesty King Abdullah II and his trusted Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, and to the Jordanian family, the most sincere congratulations and blessings on this occasion in which Muslims imitate the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, and follow his blessed Sunnah.

Obeidat prays for Allah to restore this blessed memory to our Hashemite leadership, and to the Arab and Islamic nations, with goodness and blessings.
