The University of Jordan (UJ) maintained its 10th position regionally and first locally in the QS Arab Region University Rankings 2023, ranking in top 5% list regionally.

According to this edition, UJ advanced in a number of criteria on which the ranking is based. UJ ranked 6th in the Arab region in Academic Reputation, 7th in Employer Reputation, and 6th in Web Impact.

The QS Arab Region University Rankings is one of the most important rankings in the Arab region. It highlights leading 200 universities in this part of the world. The methodology for this ranking has been developed with the aim of reflecting specific challenges and priorities for institutions in the region.
