The University of Jordan (UJ) and ‘Sama’ Company for information technologies on Wednesday landed an agreement to provide up to date IT systems to UJ Aqaba.

The IT solutions, to be installed at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, are in the field of hotel and restaurant management.

The agreement was signed by UJ’s Acting President Prof. Imad Salah and the company's general manager Ammar Atallah.

The advanced systems will be utilized to offer students IT training within some programs of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality

The signing ceremony was attended by UJ Vice president, President of UJ Aqaba Prof. Musa Al Lozi, and Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Dr. Ziad Alrawadieh.
