The Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Jordan in Aqaba (UJ Aqaba) recently launched an initiative under the title “Towards a better eco-tourism and economic life ".

The initiative aims to promote sustainable and economic transport (bicycle riding) in the city of Aqaba.

150 students, from both the Amman and Aqaba branches, took part at the initiative is supported by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZA), Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC), Phosphate Company and AQABA International Industrial Estate (AIIE).
