A forum was held at the University of Jordan (UJ) on Thursday to launch the 4th Jordan Science Fair.
The Competition is organized by the Innovation for Creativity Development Association in collaboration with the School of Science and the Ministry of Education.
The event was attended by Prof. Munir Nayefeh, the renowned Palestinian-American particle physicist, who is known for his pioneering work in nanotechnology.
The Competition targets school students in Jordan aged from 8 to 17 years old. It aims to expose the students to the scientific methodology and develop their intellectual skills.
Innovation for Creativity Development Association is concerned with the development of the capacities of children and youth and their empowerment through the provision of various academic, social and educational services, especially in the areas of talent, creativity and innovation.
