Participants in the 11th annual conference and 1st international conference of the School of Dentistry have commended the role of the School in developing the profession and its endeavors to provide the labor market with highly skilled professionals.
They added during the closing session that the conference has succeeded in providing an effective platform for discussing and exchanging information and expertise on the latest developments in the dental and oral health field.
Dean of the School, Dr. Ahmed Hamdan said experts from Arab and foreign countries attended and 20 papers were presented on the latest developments and techniques in dentistry.
The conference addressed "the Impact of Social Media on Dentistry", offering both international and local perspectives on the subject.
The conference included panel discussions, hands on courses and workshops, a trade exhibition, and a student research competition.
