"Jordan Society in Hundred Years" Conference Kicks-off at UJ

The University of Jordan (UJ) on Monday launched the “Jordan Society in Hundred Years" conference.


The conference, which is part of the university’s celebrations of the centennial of the foundation of the Jordanian state, witnesses the participation of experts and scholars from Jordan and abroad.

According to UJ President Professor Nathir Obeidat, the conference seeks to summarize the Kingdom’s achievements during the past 100 years.

A total of 100 participants are expected to present addresses on the development of the Jordanian society, its future aspirations and current challenges.

Moreover, the event will see presentation of research papers and non-research articles on the Jordanian society.
