School of Pharmacy Graduates Celebrate Graduation, Take Pharmacist’s Oath

Dean of the School of Pharmacy at the University of Jordan (UJ), Prof. Abla Bsoul said the School has achieved major successes through its partnership with the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan.

 

Bsoul added at a ceremony held on Thursday, February 9, to celebrate the School's 2016/2017 first semester graduates that the School has a firm belief in the need to support the national pharmaceutical industry with pharmaceutical research and studies aimed at developing the Jordanian pharmaceutical product and thus contributing to increasing the national income.

 

Bsoul also talked about the school's accomplishments, among which obtaining the ACPE accreditation.

 

Bsoul congratulated the 119 graduates and their relatives and wished them a bright future and successful careers.

 

The graduates also took the Pharmacist’s oath, emphasizing commitment to the profession’s ethical codes and accepting responsibility and accountability for membership in the profession.

 

At the end of the ceremony Bsoul handed out the certificates to the graduates who are part of the school's 34th class.
