The University of Jordan (UJ) on Thursday saw the kick-off of the graduation ceremonies of the 52nd batch of students.
1042 graduates from the King Abdullah II School of Information Technology and the Agriculture, Science, Engineering and Nursing Schools marched across the stadium to receive their degrees during the ceremony.
The total number of graduating students this year is 7968 graduates; 2959 graduated on the first semester and 5009 are graduating this semester.
According to the statistics prepared by the Admission and Registration Unit, 45.04% of the graduates earned Excellent and Very Good grade point average, while 33.06% of them graduated with a Good GPA.
