Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting completed phase one of electronic archiving project of Human Resources Department files at Jordan University Hospital.
The conclusion of the phase one was celebrated in a special ceremony organized by the University under the patronage of Dr. Abed Aziz Zyadat, Hospital director, and attended by officials from both parties at which Dr Zyadat honored Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) for completing the first phase.
Dr. Zyadat stated that this project was considered one of the most important of the hospital’s projects and one which it has been trying to achieve for years. He underlined the fact that the project consisted of two phases.
Dr. Zyadat highlighted the efforts and professionalism of TAG-Org which resulted in the archiving of around 2704 files of which 1875 were of employees and 829 doctors’ files.
Samer Ramahi, manager of the E-archiving Department at TAG-Org said that this project aims at serving the hospital through providing an electronic archiving filing system (M-Files) and archiving more than 1.5 million files of Patients and from the Human Resources Departments, stressing that TAG-Org works consistently according to the directives of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, to use the latest technology and use it to the highest recognized quality standards.
Lana Mhailan, director of Human Resources at the Hospital, said the project consisted of filing ID papers, Employment forms, administrative decisions and procedures, annual evaluation sand quality assurance papers with new screens to fit the M-Files.
The second phase, according to Ms. Mhailan, will cover employees who had resigned since 2000, noting that the disposal of files belonging to employees who had resigned or those whose services had been terminated between 1972 and 1999, has been accomplished. She concluded by commending TAG-Org’s role and the efforts made to ensure the success of this process.
