UJ Family Conveys Greetings on 76th Independence Day

The University of Jordan (UJ) represented by its president, Prof. Nathir Obeidat, as well as it's teaching and administrative staff, and students extends warmest greetings to the people and leadership of this country on its 76th independence day, which falls on the 25th of May.
 
On this occasion, Obeidat said it constitutes an opportunity for us to continue efforts so that Jordan remains present and prospers under the wise Hashemite leadership.
 
Obeidat also prayed to God almighty to protect Jordan and its people, and to preserve the country's sovereignty, security and independence under the headship of His Majesty King Abdullah II and his faithful Crown Prince.
 
Jordan gained its independence on the 25th of May 1946, following the end of the British Mandate
