UJ Holds International Students Welcome Celebration

A festivity was held on UJ campus recently to welcome new international students commencing at UJ.

 

The festivity included a diverse program of art and folk shows presented by students from Turkey, Palestine, Yemen, Egypt and Sudan .

 

Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Owaidy, welcomed the new students in their “second home” Jordan.

 

Awaidy called the students to take part in extracurricular activities offered by the Deanship. He also referred to the Foreign Students Affairs Office and the services it provide for international students.

 

Chairman of the Coordinating Committee  for Foreign Students Mahdi Bsharat referred to services provided to international students to enable them to better adapt to their new life and interact with fellow students from other nationalities.
