On Thursday March 12, 2015, UJ Club organized an event to morn martyr  Muath al-Kasasbeh under the patronage of UJ President Prof. Ekhleif Tarawneh.

 

‏Al-Kasasbeh's father and brother attended the event and expressed their appreciation to the university’s administration, professors, staff and students on their stance toward the death of hero pilot, Muath al-Kaseasbeh.

 

Al-Kasasbeh's father, who recalled his days as a student at UJ, handed the martyr's shield to President Tarawneh in appreciation and gratitude for UJ.

 

The ceremony was held in El Hassan bin Talal auditorium in the presence of UJ Vice-Presidents, faculty members and a crowd of students.
