A cooperation agreement was signed today between the University of Jordan (UJ) and Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) to establish a comprehensive cooperative partnership in Medical education and Medical service fields.

 

The MoU was signed by UJ President Prof. Azmi Mahafzah and JUST President Prof. Omar Al Jarrah.

 

Through this MoU, the two sides agreed to combine experiences and knowledge exchange in the areas of medical education and medical care provision services.

 

Prof. Mahafzah confirmed after the signing ceremony the need to consolidate all forms of cooperation between the Jordanian universities in order to serve the higher education sector, "such cooperation will contribute to turning out competent professionals" he said.

 

Director of UJ's Media and Public Relations Department Dr. Suleiman Farajat and Director of JUST's Public Relations and Media Unit Dr. Rashad al-Tabari were present at the signing ceremony.
