Global Entrepreneurship Week held at UJ
The University of Jordan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (UJIEC) and Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE) hosted a variety of events in celebration of this year's Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Introductory lectures, workshops, and student discussions and success stories were held in cooperation with various institutions and leading entrepreneurs who dedicated their time and efforts to educate and train the participants on entrepreneurship development and other related issues.

 
A special event was held with Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) and with the participation of a number of interested university students, especially students from the School of Information Technology, in which the concept of Technological Innovation was introduced and discussed.

On the margin of the event, the UIJEC in coordination with the School of Law hosted attorney Moh’d Taqatqa to lecture about intellectual property in innovation and business.

The Global Entrepreneurship Week is held in 170 countries.  Jordan's event was held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sumaya Bint Al Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Princess Sumaya University for Technology with support from Crown Prince Foundation and Zain.
