School of Business Moves Forward with Obtaining International Accreditation

The School of Business at the University of Jordan (UJ) has made notable progress in achieving the accreditation requirements of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

According to the school, the initial self-evaluation report (ISER) of the school was approved by the Initial Accreditation Committee (IAC) of the assocaition.

The accreditation ensures the quality of the school's educational programs, and indicates that it has the ability to deliver professionals who better meet the needs of the business sector, locally and globally.

The AACSB standards are organized into four categories: strategic management and innovation; participants—students, faculty, and professional staff; learning and teaching; and academic and professional engagement. The standards are built around the three themes of engagement, innovation, and impact.
