UJ, Youth Ministry Sign Cooperation Agreement

The University of Jordan (UJ) and the Ministry of Youth on Thursday signed a cooperation agreement at the University's headquarters to establish a youth center at the University.

The agreement was signed by UJ President Prof. Abdul Karim Al Qudah and Youth Minister Dr. Fares Al Braizat.

Al Braizat said that the agreement aims to give access to young people to youth centers and save time and effort of UJ students.

According to Al Braizat, the center is to provide training programs and courses for young people to prepare them to enter the labor market professionally; possessing all the skills they need to succeed in their career.

For his part, Al Qudah applauded the idea of establishing a youth center on UJ campus and valued the efforts of the Ministry, which seeks, through reaching out to academic institutions, to provide the necessary services for young people during their study years at the university.
