The Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmed Al-Hananda accompanied by a delegation from ProgressSoft, visited King Abdullah II College for Information Technology (KASIT) at the University of Jordan (UJ).

 

The purpose of the visit was to view initiatives established by ProgressSoft in cooperation with School to improve IT curriculum and graduates' competencies with the aim to bridge the gap between classroom skills and work-field needs.

 

The importance of the visit stems from the fact that the Ministry is a fundamental supporter for UJ's efforts to advance IT education and services, and a constant encourager for academic and private sector institutions to establish similar partnerships.
