UJ Students Win JEA's Architectural Graduation Projects Competition 2021

Two University of Jordan (UJ) students were announced winners at the 2021 Jordan Engineers Association Graduation Competition.

 

Abdullah Adel Qumran won the first place for his project “Amman Social Market”, which was supervised by Engineer Hassan Al-Issawi, while Sarah Nabil won the second place for her project "Rehabilitation and Psychological Treatment Center for Abused Women", supervised by Dr. Ahlam Harahsheh.

 

UJ President, Prof. Nathir Obaidat, congratulated the winning students from the School of Engineering on this achievement, wishing them more success and creativity.

 

Dean of the School, Prof. Nasser Al-Hunaiti, expressed pride of the students' achievement, saying that the Department of Architecture professors has a long-standing experience in supervising students projects.

 

It is noteworthy that this Award is organized annually by the Jordanian Engineers Association at the level of Jordanian universities.
