UJ Team Wins at National Sumo Robotics Competition

A  University of Jordan (UJ) team comprised of students from the School of Engineering and King Abdullah II School for Information Technology has been announced winners at the 1st National Sumo Robotics Competition held at Al Hussein Technical University (HTU).
 
The national competition saw the participation of over 95 teams from various universities, schools and institutes.
 
UJ team, consisting of four students (Ahmed Qutaish, Ali Al-Riyahi, Abdul Rahman Al-Labad and Muhammad Abu Al-Adas), won the fifth place in the final stage after competing in 12 rounds in which nearly 300 students participated.
