UJ and AECID Sign MoU to Strengthen Spanish Language Studies

The University of Jordan (UJ) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding.

The MoU comes in the framework of developing institutional academic cooperation between the two parties and supporting efforts to strengthen Spanish language studies at the university.
The memorandum was signed by UJ President, Prof. Nazthir Obeidat, and the Spanish Ambassador to the Kingdom, Aránzazu Bañón Dávalos.

According to the MoU, the Department of European Languages / Spanish Language Division at the School of Foreign Languages at UJ will be provided with a competent Spanish language lecturer as of the academic year 2022-2023.
